Reasonable housing priceAnother fact Vancouverites should feel blessed about our "reasonable" housing price. Yes, i said "Reasonable". Just spoke to my Singapore tenant, he said 500sf apt costs approx. $780k in suburb to min 2million in the prime city location. Middle class make approx. $2600 a month.
