大温哥华房屋销售额超过过去10年七月平均值三分之一，而挂牌出售的房屋数量持续低于近几年的趋势。
大温地产局（REBGV)报告显示，7月大温哥华住宅物业销售量在MLS上达到了3,978套，与去年7月3,061套相比，同比增长30%，与今年6月的4,376套相比，销售额下降了9.1%。
