Great info from the Global Aging Preparedness Index. Baby boomer is a huge market for realtors to tap into. A combination of experience, investment knowledge with tech savvy & social media skill can definitely provide great value to this group of population. Global network is also very important because baby boomers are not necessary going to retire in their home countries. They could downsize their existing home then purchase a home in their favorite vacation spot. I'm proud to tell I have a very strong global network in the real estate industry.
