Canada's doors still open to rich Chinese
Talked to some of my Chinese clients and surprisingly many of them are very happy about the government scrapped one of the "selling passport" investor programs. I spoke to my China connections, immigration agents in China were focusing on that one particular program bc that's the easiest one for them to promote.
