As we heard from the media about our housing market value has been appreciating modestly in the last few months and will continue to do so in the coming year. When is the better time than now to get into the market while the interest rate is still incredibly low? If you google Canada economic outlook, as usual, you will see some positive and some pessimistic forecast. No matter what you believe, the fact is there are 10,000 immigrants arriving to B.C. every year and we have limited land. Do you think they need accommodation? No matter they are buying or renting, this indicates we have a very healthy stable housing demand and for that reason, I always have an optimistic outlook to our market. The video cast here already shows the sign of improvement - steady and modest, which is what we like to see for local buyers.
Since last year, I have been predicting the luxury home market in Vancouver will be in great demand. Last week, there is a report on Luxury home market out performing other sectors.
