Just heard on the radio that Vancouver city is considering limiting how many properties foreigners can buy in Vancouver in order to control housing affordability.

Vancouver fast changing market

The pre sales market is going crazy. People starts line up or camp out a week b4 the opening. Majority of those buyers are Chinese buyers. I'd highly recommend the local investors to go into the condo resale market. It hasn't gone crazy the way it should be but I anticipate it would hit up soon.
