BC immigration at its highest level!
BC immigration is at its highest level in 6 years with over 44,000 from outside Canada, and 30,000 from the rest of the country for 2010. I do not believe that our current market is temporary nor is it anything like back East or the US. Values grow where people go. Having said that, buyers need to get an experienced real estate consultant with International clientele experience to understand the market condtion in details before you make an informed decision.
