Vancouver Westside listings boost up before Chinese New Year
Well, I've heard different Vancouver Westside & Richmond property owners believe they will get high price if they sell their house during Chinese New Year when many Chinese families or husbands will return to Vancouver for a quick holiday visiting their family. Well, let see if the inventories is going to go up. Just to remember Chinese only like certain type of properties. Hope the potential Sellers don't have unrealistic expectation. I smell "GREED"! :)
